The night before Christmas

Here i am with Santa telling him all the things I want for Christmas . I sure have been sitting on his knee for a lot of years . Now it is Christmas eve and I am thinking of all the things i got through the years the toys I loved and the toys that didn,t last . I remember the bikes i got my favorite was a blue one. and a doll I kept till my girls came along and got to play with her .lol by than she was missing a few toes but they loved that doll also . I got an electric organ and all I ever learned to play was Are you Sleeping Brother John .Best of all was wathing my girls grow up ans seeing their faces when Santa came by our house and left toys .Now it is the joy of watching grand children open gifts .Merry Christmas to all . Thank you God for giving me a longer life .

My friend TooToo and a new friend Mary Jane came to visit . they never stay long enough. We has a Red Hat Queen's Meeting in Jennings .What a good time we had .

Easter Sunday

Forcast for today Rain .It was a great day . When Ross got home form church he started the Fire for the Bar B Q ,I wasbusy making potato salad and cutting chicken to cook . Dan and Paul arived first with Pauls golf cart . Paul got to ride in our back yard . Next to get here were Kurt and Angie and Joe They came in With Baked Beens ans 7 (no 6)layer dip and chips ,Kristen arived about the same time .They came in bringing more food . Than Beth ans Sarah got here with more food deviled eggs cup cakes My favorite salad . as well as candy and other fun stuff . Angela and I hid Eggsfor the egg hunt before any knew it . Karen stoped by for her Easter hug and helped with the hiding . She came it and got to do a little tasting .Melinda and her boys got here ,she brought spinish caserole and deviled eggs .Louie hurt his back and wasnt able to come . We missed him . It was getting very dark out side and Vanessa hadn't got here yet .We all hoped she would make it before the rain it has started to sprinkle and here she is yeaaaaaaaa , we grabed the kids gave them a bag and said lets hunt egg it was the fastes Egg Hunt you ever seen as the rain broke loose we couldn't leave a egg behind .lol Than we all checked to see what prizes they found in eggs . we ate and than back to go cart ridind in abck yard in rain and mudd the another hunt to fine clothes to fit every one what a wild fun day . OOObest part of all I was living through it all . Thank you God for such a wonderful day .
